Chevre and Olive Tapenade

Combine pitted olives, capers, diced red onion, and chopped herbs (such as basil or parsley) in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped, then add a spoonful of chevre and pulse just until combined. Serve the tapenade with crackers or bread.
