Ghee and Lemon Pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, melt ghee in a saucepan and add minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, then add lemon juice and any desired herbs (such as parsley or basil). Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta and serve.
