Ghee Fried Rice

Welcome to our Blog,

Heat ghee in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until they are softened. Add cooked rice, diced vegetables, and any desired protein (such as chicken or shrimp), and stir-fry until the ingredients are heated through. Season with soy sauce or tamari and serve.
