1. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order unless otherwise stated.

2. We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep our milk products at the proper temperature during transit.

3. We only ship our milk products via overnight or 2-day shipping to ensure that they arrive at their destination as quickly as possible.

4. In the event that a delivery is delayed or the milk products arrive in less-than-perfect condition, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue and ensure their satisfaction
